"No More Sony"

Dear Sony,

It is very unfortunate that after using your Product for 3 years, I understand some features are no more usable all of a sudden.

This is in reference to the Youtube application feature in Sony Bravia TV CX52, 42 inch.

We had bought this TV for its smart features and now some of the features (youtube) are no more available. How come Sony has stopped support for the application? I cannot afford to buy a new TV every 3 years, just because an application does not work.
But unfortunately in this case, as my family is totally glued to using these applications, I am forced to buy a new TV. 

Needless to say no more Sony. I am already evaluating new brands in the market which will enhance my TV viewing experience. 

I look forward to a reasonable reply for this dis-continuation and would sincerely request Sony to not woe customers with advanced features in their products which will not be usable after few years of usage.
